Just how lightning-quick is the refund and reimbursement process?
Well, you can expect all refunds and reimbursements (petrol/car wash) to be transferred to your account in the form of GoPocket points in just one business day.
Speaking of refunds, if I were to cancel my booking, how will I be refunded and what am I supposed to do?
| Cancelled 48 hours before booking start time | Users will be refunded with points equivalent to the total booking fee + 6%(SST) Example: User paid RM99 + SST for a booking and wants to cancel 48 hours before booking start time. User will be refunded with points equivalent to the value of RM99 + SST. |
| Cancelled 48 to 12 hours before booking start time | Points equivalent to 50% of total booking fee + 6% (SST). Example: User paid RM99 + SST for a booking and wants to cancel 16 hours before booking start time. User will be refunded with points equivalent to the value of 50% of RM99 + SST of 50% x RM99. |
| Cancelled less than 12 hours before booking start time | Strictly no refund |

Running low on points? You can always top-up in the app. Top-up amount starts from RM10 (1000 GoPocket points).
Will my points expire?
Yes. Starting from 2020, all earned GoPocket points will expire on 31 March 2021. Points that you’ve bought, however, will never expire.
To see how many points will be expiring, you can always check via the GoPocket screen on the app.
Hmm, can I convert my points into cash?
Sorry, but GoPocket points cannot be converted into cash.
