Software Engineer (Javascript)

We are looking for software engineers to join the GoCar team. If you’re a Malaysian with a passion for writing clean, solid, readable code, you’re the person we’re looking for. Here’s some additional details:

Job Description:

  • Participate in development life cycle activities like design, coding, testing and production release
  • Monitoring the technical performance of internal systems
  • Responding to requests from the development team
  • Gathering information from consumers about program functionality
  • Conducting development tests

Job Requirements:

  • A passion for quality and writing clean, solid, readable code that scales and performs well
  • Strong desire to learn, push the envelope, and share knowledge with others
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, its quirks, and workarounds
  • Experienced with building APIs and services using REST, SOAP, etc. (Minimum 3 years)
  • Hands-on experience working with technologies like Angular , Ionic , Android /IOS , Docker , Hadoop, Kafka, etc. (Minimum 3 years)
