Customer Experience
We are looking for a talented and experienced Customer Experience Executive to help us provide exceptional customer support. If you are someone who can empathise with our members’ needs and is good at troubleshooting problems, come join our team!

Job Description:

  • Handle large amount of incoming calls and messages in a professional manner
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide daily reports to Head of Customer Experience and/or assigned manager/team leader

Job Requirements:

  • Preferably 1-year experience as a customer representative 
  • Good command of English (written and verbal); Malay and/or Mandarin is a plus
  • Able to manage time effectively, prioritise and make decisions with minimal supervision
  • Able to adapt and respond to different types of characters
  • Attention to detail and analytical
  • Familiarity with lifestyle and productivity apps (Waze, Google Maps, WhatsApp, Slack, Facebook Messenger)
  • Valid driver’s license is a plus
